This unit considers the legal, financial and technological factors that are relevant to internetenabled business operations. Through an investigation of the traditional use of ICT in business it looks at the drivers of change in an e-business environment. It enables learners to develop an understanding of the business processes and constraints that govern the application of technology in commerce. It also demonstrates the way in which technology has become a key driver of change in business organisations
